I had a cozy room with a nice view to the town. The staff were very polite and helpful. On the first day, I had to return my car and they kindly allowed me to keep my car in the hotel garage for a while. Breakfast was very good, with multiple options provided. Location was convenient as you are close to the center of the Amsterdam and there are multiple bus/train station within 5 min walk which you can use to commute to different parts of the city. there is also a rental bike within 5 min walk of the hotel.

The main reason for this was due to the courteous, professional, helpful, supportive and simply outstanding service provided by the team at the Concierge! We would like to make special mention of Udo, Irben, Johan, Siliva and Olga who, we think, are the quintessence of truly remarkable service industry professionals.

Nice view from the room overlooking towards center city, clean and comfy. The staff was quite exceptional, from check in to porters to the help they offered if we needed a taxi. Felt very safe as well. The chocolate bars and bottles of water were a great touch, in addition to the tea kettle that was in the room!
